High Gloss Cupboard Doors And Fronts for IKEA Faktum Kitchens
- On this page we list doors and fronts made in High Gloss colours.
- We are very proud to be able to offer fronts based on the reputable Alvic manufacturer. Alvic is normally just available in high end architect kitchens.
- The fronts are suitable for a Push-To-Open solution or may be retrofitted with knobs or pull-handles. Will be pre-drilled from the factory for hinges and for drawers and just like with fronts from IKEA the drillings for the specific pull handles are always made on site by the end user.
- These fronts are for the Faktum kitchen range that was discontinued from the IKEA warehouses back in 2013. Keep the kitchen you already own. Just replace the fronts!
- The fronts will be made in the correct size by IKEA´s original drawings and pre drilled by IKEAs templates. They will all fit perfectly out of the box just as if they were picked up from the local IKEA warehouse.
- All the fronts on this page will be made in the High Gloss colour selected at Step #1 below. The chosen colour will show in the cart at £0.

Step #1: Colour selection
Please start off the ordering process by selecting your preferred High Gloss Colour for the new fronts here. The selected colour will apply to all the fronts in the same cart.

Step #2: Add some drawer fronts to your cart
Drawer fronts made in the correct size by the millimeter according to the original IKEA drawings and pre-drilled according to the original IKEA templates. The tables below are sorted by the outer width of the cabinets that house the drawers.

There are no specific fronts for refrigerators. Please just select a regular door in the needed size. Please get in touch if you need a bespoke door made to measure. Most often we may be able to make an odd size at no extra cost.
The doors listed below are just for tall cabinets. The regular doors may also be fitted in a tall cabinet but not vice versa.
Top Hinged Doors
The fronts listed at this tab are top hinged. I.e. the hinges are positioned at the top part and the flaps are opened up towards the ceiling. Not opened sideways as with regular doors. The flaps are most often positioned in horizontal wall cabinets or at the top part of a tall cabinet.
Please use the format Width x Height (not vice versa). The drillings for the hinges will be positioned along the FIRST figure (the width)

In practice we are able to make ANY of our doors as top hinged. Please let us know and we will be happy to position the hinges at the top part of any door. A service we are happy to provide at no extra charge.

Please note: If your current hinges are fine there is no technical reason to replace them. Our new doors will have a perfect fit to your current hinges. If you however are after the modern and luxurious SoftClose + SelfClose Technology we suggest you go with the new hinges at the same time as you replace the doors anyway.
Step #4: Panels, plinths and other custom-made parts for your IKEA Faktum kitchen
In contrast to IKEA, who only offered fixed sizes of large panels we manufacture Panels and Plinths etc by the millimeter according to YOUR measurements. This is possible since we produce on order anyway. No cutting on site needed and no rough edges without the colour that might be fairly visible.

Yes, we also offer our premium doors and fronts for the Metod kitchen system currently sold by IKEA today. Perhaps you would like to mix some new Metod doors into your existing Faktum kitchen? Please just continue and add Metod sized doors and fronts into your cart. Will be made in the same pattern + colour combination as the Faktum doors in the same cart.

To see all the beautiful colours first hand and in the lighting conditions of your own kitchen please consider to take advantage of our REAL SAMPLES service. At the Samples page please just filter out the GLOSS finish. Samples may be ordered one by one but there is also a kit of 4x Mini-Samples on offer. We will cover the first £50 spent on samples towards a potential order of real doors and fronts within 30 days.
