Bi-colour order - How to put an order in for 2 different colours or patterns of the fronts
As you probably already have noticed our Online Ordering System is optimised for one colour and one pattern/ style per order. That works for about 97% of all our customers. Consequently a customer ordering 23 different fronts do not have to choose the same colour + pattern combination over and over again but only ones.
We do however accept orders in multiple colours and/ or patterns. Eg W08 + Retro Blue and W09 + Off White etc. At this page we describe how to best put an order in with multiple colours and/ or patterns.
Few items in a different colour:
A. Please select your main combination of Pattern + Colour and add to a cart.
B. Add all your needed items into the same cart and proceed to the Checkout page
C. At the Checkout page you will find a message text box. Please just mention your second Pattern/ Colour + all the items preferred in this second combination.
D. Finalise your order.
We will send you a proper confirmation based on the information you provided. We will not charge you any extra for this service.
Tall orders in different colours
A. Please select your main combination of Pattern + Colour and add to a cart.
B. Add all your needed items into the same cart and proceed to the Checkout page
C. At the Checkout page you will find a message text box. Please just mention you will send us a separate Email listing what items are to be made in which colour/ pattern.
D. Finalise your order.
E. Please send us an Email with a list (in text, Word or Excel etc) whatever is the most convenient to you.
F. We will send you a summary and we will not start the making of your order before we have your final OK.
We will not charge you any extra for this service.
